Anxiousness |

shows you that you need to wake up, right now, and that you need to be present. This emotion is letting you know that you’re stuck in the past and living with a fear of the future.

Sadness |

shows you the depth of your feelings, the depth of your care for others and this world.

Bitterness |

is the emotion that is letting you know where you need to heal and where you’re still holding onto judgment of others or yourself

Resentment |

is letting you know where you’re living in the past and not allowing the present to be as it is. It’s like a poison eating at you from within, until that is, you are able to interrupt this eroding emotion.

Grief |

this emotion is letting you know that you have lost something in life. It allows you to stop and re-evaluate life, provided that is, you don’t get stuck in this emotion.
